John Fairhead

However, with hundreds of transactions under his belt, his experience spans all of Nashville and surrounding counties. John has been practicing real estate since 2001 working exclusively with Village Real Estate.


Prior to that, like so many in Nashville, he was in the music business. John’s clients and friends know him as a calm, focused and creative presence. These traits enable him to consistently achieve top-producing status for which he is recognized by his peers and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. His awards are numerous including the Life Member Award of Excellence. Showing dedication to his craft through education, he has earned many credentials including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) as well as the new Green Certification. More importantly, though, John creates strong working relationships with clients and other real estate professionals promoting success for all who get to work with him. The vast majority of his business comes from repeat clients and referrals—a strong demonstration of their appreciation and enthusiasm.


On his “off” time, you will find him at home with his two sons, Calvin and Bram. His family offers him perspective and drives him to serve while balancing his life through time with them.
